From the casino entrance: You will enter near Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Walk towards your left towards a restaurant called Charlie Gitto’s. You’re going to pass Charlie Gitto’s and walk towards the left where you will see big double doors. Walk through those doors and down the hallway is the HR office.

- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Greets, and makes welcome, each guest entering restaurant.
- Seats guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements.
- Maintains proper seating and reservation documentation.
- Monitors restaurant for table availability.
- Keeps designated working area clean and organized; wipes and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards.
- Assists wait staff and bus persons in their duties (e.g., refills water glasses and coffee cups, helps pre-bus and bus tables, attends to guest needs) as necessary, or required.
- Completes all assigned closing duties at end of shift.
- Excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Cleans and sanitizes all dishware, glassware, and silverware.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Maintains a pace of work which allows supplies to be cleaned and put in their proper place which meets business demands.
- Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment while preparing tableware for washing, i.e., scrapes plates, pre-soaks silverware.
- Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e., drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level, and thoroughly cleans dish washing equipment and working areas.
- Responsible for handling the removal of garbage and refuse, mopping and sweeping floors, and washing walls and ceiling tiles.
- Washes, stacks, and stores china in appropriate kitchen area.
- Serve food and drink to guests; bartending skills a plus!
- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
- Operates a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
- Keeps designated working area clean and organized; assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including host stand area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards.
- Resolves service issues according to the service recovery toolbox.
- Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas.
- Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Previous cashiering experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to accurately and quickly process all cash transactions.
- Prepares food items as directed, ensuring each order sent out is uniform and consistent.
- Prepares food, including hot entrees for our Asian dishes, to specification in an accurate and timely manner to provide guests with a quality product.
- Controls food production to include proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, ensuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared food and Prepares leftovers.
- Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables, maintaining quality, security, value and integrity.
- Oversees proper care, storage, use and cleaning of all tools and equipment.
- Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables, maintaining quality, security, value and integrity.
- Effectively communicates with other team members, including service and kitchen maintenance personnel.
- Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions.
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in high volume food service operation/preparation is preferred (Asian Cuisine preferred).
- Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

- Be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.

- Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
