Deli Service Worker - Part Time

• Performs a variety of duties relating to working in the food outlets and the services of food and/or beverages.  
• Stocks counters, prepares food (hotdogs, pizza) in a neat and timely fashion.
• Provides friendly, quick, professional service, demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile.
• Checks to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per departmental standard.
• Requisitions items needed for the following day based on given par levels. - involved in food preparation and presentation.
• Maintains appropriate portion controls per standards. 
• Keeps all work areas clean and in order; cleans equipment thoroughly.
• Handles foods appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. - informs Supervisor when food quantities are low.
• Responsible for cash handling in the Deli.
• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard.
• Cleans floor and work station thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Knows menu items, takes orders, and completes transactions at point of sale to assure cash drawer balances.
• Completes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast food environment is preferred. 
•  Must understand and speak the English language. 
• Must be able to stand for 100% of the working time.
• Availability to work between 4 pm. - 2 am as needed.
