DEALER SCHOOL GAME:  Blackjack | Carnival Games

COURSE LENGTH:  6 Weeks | Regular attendance is mandatory

GRADUATION:  Upon successful completion of Blackjack training, you will have the opportunity to audition.  Once you pass your audition, you will be invited to join our talented team of Table Games Dealers!

DEALER COMPENSATION & POSITIONS:  Dealer school is a paid position. $13.00 an hour. Once the audition is passed, you will be making an hourly wage plus tips added directly to your paycheck.

UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF DEALER SCHOOL, CANDIDATES WILL:

• Provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.
• Follow game procedures when dealing Blackjack and any other form or variation of table games.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.
• Perform accurate chip and cash transactions.
• Receive wagers from customers and pay the appropriate game outcomes.
• Maintain game security and always protects company assets.
• Assist customers in understanding the rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older. 
• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets in Dealer School for training purposes. 
• Must have the ability to display satisfactory dexterity for quick and accurate handling of training chips and training cards.  
• Must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
