• Responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages sales.
• Ensure consistent quality of products
• Responsible for setting up bars.  
• Responsible for handling all cash transactions. 
• Responsible for all opening and closing inventories of all stock.  
• Ensure the safety and security of guest and team members.  
• Become knowledgeable of Resorts Casino & Hotel policies and procedures with regards to alcoholic beverages 
• Development of strong beverage image in the market place. 
• Other duties as assigned.  

• Ability to work with employees and the public. 
• Ability to write read and understand basic instructions.  
• Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micro System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. Knowledge of C02 gauges. 
• Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures. 
•  Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to overall beverage operations. 
•  Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities
