• Cuts grass
• Turns and adds mulch
• Plants flowers and bushes
• Distributes fertilizer
• Seeds
• Removes dead bushes and trees
• Removes snow
• Clears brush and debris, as necessary
• Places stone and rocks in drainage areas and sets up stone landscape areas, as necessary
• Assists the maintenance team inside the building with repairs and maintenance to the racino, as necessary
• Assists with other maintenance duties as directed by the management team
• Leads completion of daily tasks within the department or work unit
• Interacts with others when necessary to achieve desired outcomes
• Ensures interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of good customer service
• Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines
