WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Assist with the preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment (i.e. air, plumbing, electrical).
  • Assists in building new projects and replacing existing structures.
  • Assists with troubleshooting all equipment operations (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).
  • Must be able to paint, clean, move material, and assist or complete assigned projects that cover all aspects of the Facilities department.
  • Informs supervisor of any trends or recurring problems with equipment or construction.
  • Must be able to assist to the following laminate (carpentry), electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, flooring and all other projects associated with the maintenance and construction performed by the Facilities department.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have drivers license on their person at all times.
  • Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow team members.
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Good communications skills. Proficient in the use of all power and hand tools. Proficient in welding, blazing and soldering. 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Five years experience in general building trades. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications a plus.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
