Slot Utility Technician

 General Accountabilities: 

• Responsible for responding to work orders of slot machines in a timely and professional manner.  
• Conducts emergency drops on machines and monitors drop software to ensure how to respond in an efficient and timely manner. 

• Inspecting and testing assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction. 
• Maintain maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the slot shop, observing all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisors. 
• Troubleshoots, replaces, or repairs components (Such as bill acceptors, player tracking displays, card readers, etc.). 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Six months to one year of previous experience in Slots and or IT preferred.  
• Six months to one year customer service experience required.  
• Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.  

• Must obtain LA gaming license. 
• Excels both independently and as part of a team. 
• Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.  
• Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
