- Welcomes guests to the Poker Room, provide information to the players about the rooms, games and limits and adds players information on to an electronic waiting list.   Seats players into Poker game. - Buy and sell chips tp players at the poker podium. - Answers telephone inquiries and responds to guest questions accurately and politely. - Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.   - Ensures behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards. - Maintains a professional work environment with management, staff and guests. - Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times. - Participates in meetings and training as required. - Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management

- This position has no supervisory responsibility - To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - High school diploma or equivalent required.  - Excellent communication skills.   Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, fellow employees, guests and/or the general public. - Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.  - Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. - Must obtain licensing with the Ohio Gaming Commission. - Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.   - Champion of Red Carpet Customer Service and building positive team spirit.  - Must be diplomatic and tactful and have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with employees. - Previous customer service experience preferred.  - Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.    - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. - The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in an environment where there may be higher than normal noise levels.
