As a Bell Person, You will: 

Shift: 10:00am-6:00pm, Pay: $16 per hour plus tips 

WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Assists guest with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Responsible for greeting and welcoming hotel Casino guests in an enthusiastic, friendly manner.
  • Ensures that guest needs and special requests are met. Provides information to guests regarding on or off property interests, directions, attractions, promotions, etc.
  • Completes required paperwork as designated by department.
  • Delivers luggage to designated room after registration process is complete.
  • Picks up guests' luggage upon departure and transports to designated vehicle or storage.
  • Verifies that departing guests have experienced superior hospitality.
  • Invokes service recovery when appropriate.
  • Stores guests luggage in organized manner.
  • Assists guest with room changes and maintains room key security.
  • Makes deliveries to room, e.g., flowers, packages, special deliveries, etc.
  • Keeps Bell Station and hotel lobby area clean.
  • Arranges transportation for guests to and from airport or appropriate destination as requested.
  • Provides complete orientation of property and guest rooms.
  • Follows safety and security standards and reports anything suspicious.
  • Adheres to uniform standards.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work flexible shifts.
  • Knowledgeable of surrounding area. Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands:
  • Must be in good physical condition.
  • Able to maneuver throughout hotel and casino, including up and down stairs.
  • Able to lift and carry upwards of 25-100 pounds.
  • Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items.
  • Respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
