- Sell pari-mutuel wagers to guests

- Cash winning tickets and vouchers for guests

- Provide information to guests in a courteous, polite manner

- Maintains a working knowledge of terminal procedures and troubleshooting

- Handles guest deposits and withdrawals

- Balance daily receipts and reconcile any shortages Essential Duties Relative to Performance Review:

- Provide professional representation at internal and external meetings and events

- Demonstrate abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics

- Adhere to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

The person in this role has no supervisory responsibilities; however, in the absence of a supervisor, they may be asked to: - Answer routine questions from co-workers

- High School Diploma/GED; 6-12 months of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Money handling skills are encouraged.

- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests

- Must have the ability to perform basic math skills

- Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
