Perform a variety of duties relating to working in the food outlets and the services of food and / or beverages.  Responsible for cash handling in the Cast member Dining Room and Deli.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
• Stock counters, displays, salad bar and steam table in a neat and timely fashion.
• Provide friendly, quick, professional service demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile.
• Check to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per department standard.
• Requisition items needed for the following day based on given par levels.
• Involved in food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain appropriate portion controls per standards.
• Keep all work areas clean and in order, clean equipment thoroughly.
• Handle foods appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
• Inform Supervisor when food quantities are low.
• Clean floor and work station thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Must be able to stand for 100% of the working time.
• Know menu items, take orders and complete transactions at point of sale to assure cash drawer balances.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast food environment is preferred.  This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members. Must understand and speak the English language.

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by a Cast member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is regularly required to talk and hear.  The cast member frequently is required to stand and walk.  The cast member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The cast member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.
