- Seeking out opportunities to provide exceptional Red Carpet Service to our guests at all times - Supporting property promotions and events - Maintaining highly visible patrols to insure a safe gaming environment - Assuring quality support to other departments so they may serve our guests more effectively - Handling all escorts of money/chip transactions in accordance with State Gaming Regulations and established internal Controls - Monitoring casino floor for minors - Responding to disturbances, emergencies and alarms in the casino and throughout the property - Maintaining public order and enforce safety rules - Performing Bill Validator drops - Adhering to all Gaming Regulations and internal Controls - Escorting team members, visitors, vendors into sensitive areas with prior approval.

- High School diploma or equivalent - Effective written and verbal communication - Previous customer service experience - Able to handle stressful situations dealing with the general public - Ability to work in an environment, which may be noisy - Employing tact when dealing with difficult team members, guests or situations. - Ability to identify and quickly respond to potential problems, conflicts and to defend oneself and others in combative situations - Run on level or graded surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs - Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas, including walking and standing for long periods of time - Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license - Ability to multi-task as required, officers cover a wide variety of different posts and work with all departments - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 35lbs., and the ability to push , pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job related duties in varying work areas, such as confined spaces. - Ability to adapt and adjust as necessary
