ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

​​Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Customer Service Program. 
Oversees the processing of cash transactions for casino customers and Team members (Includes cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, travelers checks, exchange currency and processing cash advances) 
Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations. 
Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions. 
Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette.  
Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations. 
Assists manager and co-workers as needed.  
Other duties may be assigned.​ 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

​​Manages Team members who oversee activities in the key support operational areas noted above.  Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these aspects of the department.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.​ 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

​​To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 
Must be able to communicate positively and professionally with customers and Team members at all levels and can input a variety of data into a department computer.​ 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

​​A minimum of 21 years of age.  High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years of cashiering and experience and/or heavy money handling experience.  Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.  Prior supervisory experience preferred.​ 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  

​​Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team members of the organization.​
