ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all payroll and scheduling for the Casino Operations department.
  • Generate paperwork for team member actions/changes. Assist in tracking attendance and generate attendance point notifications as required.
  • Organize department meetings and track attendance of team members.
  • Keep records of scheduled PTO and shift trade days for department.
  • Compile reports from casino systems and time systems for management.
  • Generate and distribute daily interdepartmental shift reports and weekly labor productivity reports.
  • Run monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for the Casino Operations department.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Point of contact for purchasing department and responsible for all processes associated with purchasing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for department management as needed.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year experience in a secretarial or administrative position preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
  • Knowledge of the hotel/casino industry a plus
  • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
