The beer island attendant is responsible for creating a fun and comfortable environment, while serving alcohol responsibly to our patrons at the Beer Island. The ideal candidate will have had experience in high volume dining/bartending, will have knowledge of mixology, and has great communication skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Tracks number of beverages served

- Prepares and/or serves beverages following standard practices and recipes

- Maintains cleanliness and safety of work and guest areas

- Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed in accordance with procedures

- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed according to established practices

- Operates the POS system in accordance with established procedures

- Process transaction according to proper procedures (cash, credit, Premier, Star point, comp slips, coupon#, coupons)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 years of age

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position

- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs
