- Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to promotions staff/function in the Marketing department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. - Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager regarding any concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction. - Develops, coordinates, and executes all retail promotions, direct mail promotions, regularly scheduled entertainment acts, and special events to target retail and database customers while supporting compliance to departmental budget. - Supports the efforts and projects of the VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Manager as requested. - Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for all appropriate departments; coordinates with Graphic Artist/Designer to properly fulfill all printed material requirements for promotions, special events, entertainment, and ViP parties. - Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, entertainment, and ViP parties. - Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. - Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

- Associate degree (A.A.) in Marketing, Finance, or related area required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - One (1) year of administrative or special events/promotions experience required, preferably in Marketing. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment. - Must have strong interpersonal, presentation, and client interface skills. - Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Must have strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Must be familiar with marketing and advertising concepts.
