Position Summary

Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/team members. Responsible for supporting the Wardrobe operations.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing Wardrobe for casino team members
• Oversee centralized Wardrobe Team to ensure uniforms are appealing, laundered, inventoried and maintained while being purchased for the best possible prices for the property
• Research and partner with department leaders for uniform modifications
• Maintain records of all items that have been ordered, organize and track purchases by departments and assist the receiving department to ensure items purchased are consistent with orders
• Submit purchase requisitions/blanket orders for approval
• Partner with other department representatives to problem solve uniform concerns
• Management of vendor contracts, ensuring equipment is in working order
• Responsible for training of team members in Wardrobe
• Give input on work performance, address complaints, and resolving concerns
• Inventory uniforms and ensure appropriate levels are maintained, issued, returned and repaired
• Maintain computerized database of all records of uniforms issued and returned through the software system
• Monitor the day-to-day usage of the uniform conveyor system, barcode reader, RFID chips, and heat sealer
• Update and maintain all uniformed team member files through technology systems, report discrepancies to Wardrobe Team Leader
• Assigning new team members into the uniform management system, placing labels (RFID chips) onto the garments
• Receive scanned and counted uniforms received from laundry/dry cleaning, sort and separate by alpha/numeric, scan and distribute to the appropriate team member’s slot
• Cancelling terminated team members out of uniform manager system, pulling respective garments and cutting off any patches or identification linked to GTCH 
• Assign/un-assign, exchange of worn or damaged uniforms for new, current and terminated team members
• Responsible for the inventory control of uniforms, receiving shipments of uniforms and properly placing into stock
• Performs quality assurance on all new stock. Performs restocking functions
• Operates the conveyors and garment bag system and manually assists team members when garment system is down
• Monitor executive’s dry cleaning
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Knowledge of fabrics, notions, sewing machine parts, etc

Education and Experience

Associate’s degree in Apparel, Textile and Merchandising preferred

Knowledge of seamstress and tailoring techniques

High School Diploma or equivalent

One-year prior Wardrobe/Uniform experience
