WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of slot machines, with infrequent assistance.
  • Provides training or assistance to lesser experienced Slot Technicians; assists with supervisory functions as business needs dictate.
  • Conducts regular assignments as needed to increase overall department technical knowledge.
  • Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.
  • Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; repairs circuit boards with minimal assistance.
  • Utilizes shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts.
  • Maintains superior skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions; acts as a specialist in either mechanical or electronic areas. - Responsible for the machine initial fills.
  • Assists in jackpot payouts and the verification process.
  • Performs general and preventive maintenance and slot machine inspections.
  • Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.
  • Maintains player-tracking system and EZ Pay equipment.
  • Performs full slot machine programming and set-up as required.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.
  • Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g., slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.).
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or related field and minimum two (2) years of Slot Repair experience required; or minimum three (3) years of progressive Slot Repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Superior understanding of electronics at the circuit board level.
  • Must have advanced technical experience and training with slot machines; significant experience in electronic and computer programming required.
  • Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, mediation, and organizational skills required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Must have advanced computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
