• Perform a variety of duties relating to working in the food outlets and the services of food and / or beverages.  Responsible for cash handling in the Deli.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.
  • Stock counters and displays in a neat and timely fashion.
  • Provide friendly, quick, professional service demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile.
  • Check to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per department standard.
  • Requisition items needed for the following day based on given par levels.
  • Involved in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain appropriate portion controls per standards.
  • Keep all work areas clean and in order, clean equipment thoroughly.
  • Handle foods appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
  • Inform Supervisor when food quantities are low.
  • Clean floor and work station thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
  • Must be able to stand for 100% of the working time.
  • Know menu items, take orders and complete transactions at point of sale to assure cash drawer balances.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  High school diploma or equivalent is required.  Fast food environment is preferred.  This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. Must understand and speak the English language.  Ability to work well as part of a team.  Ability to work 6:30pm. - 1:30 am. with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
