• Serve menu items to guests in the Casino or Hotel in a courteous and according to established rules of etiquette/banquet team standards
• Serve meal courses in time to correspond with the dining pace of the guests
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift side work, set-up, condiments etc.
• Clear tables after service and maintain the cleanliness of banquet areas
• Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests
• Assist with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals
• Ensure a safe working environment for team members
• Attend regular meetings as scheduled
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Good communication skills
• Possess general knowledge of banquet operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers’ ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• Ability to perform intermediate math
• Ability multi-task
• Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
