Responsibilities include: 

  • Provides physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and team members in all gaming and money handling areas. 
  • Installs, repairs, and maintains all casino surveillance equipment.
  • Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations on best practices and equipment.
  • Reports and offers solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of Gaming Regulations, company policy, and department procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with Surveillance Department procedures and company policy.
  • Works on special projects as assigned by supervisor.
  • Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
  • Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic surveillance equipment malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.

  • Must have strong knowledge of surveillance equipment and installation/maintenance.
  • Must have extensive knowledge in audio and video repairs.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Strong knowledge of casino games and operations preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
  • Certification in Electronics Engineering or experience in related field recommended.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License and operate company vehicles as needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
  • Able to provide expert guest experience through deductive reasoning.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to remain calm in an emergency or stressful situations.
  • Able to exemplify team environment and maintain shift etiquette.
