WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Greets guests and offers assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa. - Completes register transactions for Spa services and retail purchased. - Responsible for assisting guests in the relaxation area. - Maintains Spa facilities in clean and attractive condition. - Maintains par stock levels for Spa supplies. - Schedules Spa and salon appointments. - Reports any safety hazards to supervisor. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Prior experience in a cash handling position preferred. - Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills required; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must have basic computer skills, including the ability to operate a POS system. - Knowledge of fitness, exercise equipment, and spa facilities preferred. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area; ability to maneuver in order to assist guests in the proper use of equipment. - Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
