The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. 
  • Duties may include various areas of Marketing based on promotions and calendar need.

Promotions: 

  • Assist in executing promotions on property, including setup, tear-down and organization. 
  • Monitor and update promotional calendar each month following the strategy of the promotions department.  Utilizes internal and external media to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies. 
  • Maintain up-to-date information of casino events and promotions to ensure guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested

Customer Service: 

  • Proactively respond to customer service inquires in various forms not limited to but including in person, over the phone, online, and via mail 
  • Track and organize data collection regarding customer service for various departments 
  • Assist guests by directing them to appropriate areas and contact department for guest needs

Entertainment: 

  • Assist in the coordination of acts in the Event Center and other locations on property 
  • Assist with entertainment needs which includes but is not limited to, ticket sales, setups in room, tear downs, A/V assistance, coordination with Marketing Managers on staffing for events, working with social media team to time and push all entertainment online through multiple social channels 

Special Events: 

  • Assist with special event planning and execution. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used. 

Advertising: 

    • Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments 
    • Supports the development of creative collateral in relation to marketing programs or property advertising

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). 
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results. 

 

                       

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
