WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Providing counter service to team members which will include holding a Swag Shop cash drawer.
  • Monitor the day to day usage of the uniform conveyor system, barcode reader, heat sealer, steamer, and iron 
  • Report any over-weight bags to Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Update and maintain all uniformed team member files through the use of the uniform technology systems; report discrepancies of team member’s files to Human Resources Business Partner. 
  • Assigning new team members into computer system, placing labels onto garments, assigning garment location slots, and inputting iD numbers into computer system.
  • Cancelling terminated team members out of computer system, pulling respective garments and placing garments back into inventory stock after laundered. Sending outstanding report to payroll for terminated team members.
  • Conducting physical inventory on garments as requested
  • Use the uniform automations processes as trained, including the handling of soiled and clean uniform return programs.
  • Scanning, sorting, and put away clean laundry
  • Retrieve soiled laundry from bins on daily basis, sort and prepare garments for pick up/return from dry cleaning facilities
  • Restock clean uniforms to assigned employee slot as trained to the established high standards.
  • Inputting loaner items to team members into computer system. Sending delinquent loaner report to payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Sending dry-cleaning report to accounts payable as needed.
  • Ensure wardrobe area organized, clean and safe at all times. 
  • Maintains high customer service standards, a positive attitude and exceptional relations with company employees at all times.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Coordinating purchase of wardrobe products including gathering information, recommending fabric types and styles, and consulting with department heads regarding appropriate guidelines to fit business needs
  • Promoting policies, procedures and processes to increase revenue and effectively manage expenses.
  • Ensuring that articles are identified and recorded as they arrive or depart including assisting in shipping and receiving, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to received inventory, and distributing items to team members with proper accounting
  • Protecting and preserving the assets of the company

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • One year or more of wardrobe experience in the gaming industry preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, and Word.) 
  • Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.
  • Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
