Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Meets and greets slot players to establish direct customer relationships and educate the guests on the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.
• Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the GT Rewards
• Acquire new members and assure repeat business
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Takes reservations
• Promote and work events as needed
• Contact Hosts when needed
• Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club
• Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms
• Comply with all health and safety standards
• Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis
• Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must have basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience
