- Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with (eye contact, hi- greeting, goodbye as a departure) - Performs Generalist duties of employee selection, placement, training, development, compensation, benefits, employee & labor relations, health and safety - Enters employee information for operations reporting thereto, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason into corporate HRiS - Tracks all applications; processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities such as dealing with placement firms and advertising outlets, coordinating interviews and assists with new employee orientation.  initiates background checks, drug screening, and licensing process (as applicable) on candidates for employment as appropriate - Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses - Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons - Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports as required by management - Computes wages and records data for use in payroll processing - Assists with OSHA compliance

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university - three years of experience in the human sources including recruitment, training, benefit administration, compensation, and employee/labor relations - Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) - Must have prior experience in high volume recruiting and prior experience with property/company openings - Strong analytical skills, accounting and good understanding human resources - UltiPro/impromptu or similar HRiS system report writing capabilities are required - Ability to research and gather data from internet and other sources, compile information, and prepare reports - Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
