We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial finance leader who is excited to support and accelerate the property’s growth trajectory. Blending financial expertise, operational insight, and exceptional leadership capabilities, our new executive will drive and execute a unified strategy across the property. He/she will effectively deliver key metrics to the property executive team and PENN’s senior leadership. A curious and thought-provoking leader, he/she will thrive in both front- and back-of-house operations.
This individual will also have financial strategy oversight at our sister property, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course in Youngstown, Ohio.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with executives, visitors, fellow employees, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient skills in using Microsoft Office
products, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Lotus Organizer, and be comfortable searching and retrieving information from the Internet.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
