Count Room Assistant Manager

Responsible for the overall operations of the Count rooms.

• Hire, train, supervise, discipline, counsel and terminate team members.
• Adhere to State of Michigan Gaming Control minimum standards.
• Establish and maintain work schedules.
• Forecast departmental budgets, payroll, supplies, etc.
• Oversee count room operations and team members.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Excellent communication skills required.  Ability to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.  Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.  Ability to perform intermediate math.  Must have knowledge of the count room operations.  Full knowledge of Gaming Regulations pertaining to Count Room Operations.  Requires the use of calculators, computers, telephone, and vacuum cleaner.  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
