SUMMARY: Supervisor of daily shift production of product for outlet.
DUTIES / QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Orchestrate, schedule and supervise individual employees. Coordinate with the Executive Culinary team on employee needs and production. Council discipline, coach and train.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years culinary degree. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in multi outlet facility, supervisory skills classes, and a Sanitation Certificate. High end food production is a must. Must be able to multi task.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages and apply to practical situations. Basic culinary math.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral
instructions. Must have the ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Culinary degree or equivalent work experience, Sanitation Certificate.
