Hiring Managers will be on site to interview for the following positions:

• Experienced Dealer - Sign-On Bonus - up to $5,000- up to $11 an hour base pay

• Experienced Craps Dealer

• Paid Dealer School - $10 per hour -Sign-On-Bonus - up to $5,000 
  • No cost for Dealer School - we pay you to learn!
  • Once successful completion of Dealer School, dealer rate of pay $7.50 once signed off with 2 core games!

• Master Dealer- $5000 in bonus potential and a starting rate of $10.00 per hour with ALL Games!!!

All positions include the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for fostering a fun environment
• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests
• Serve as an ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
• Provide personalized service and uses guest name
• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Be respectful to all co-workers
• Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
• Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service

• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
• Excellent customer service/communication skills
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
• Able to work in constricting areas
• Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
