Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Informs Supervisors or Manager of any towel shortage.
  • Maintains the safety of pool complex.
  • Ensures only authorized guests are using pool complex.
  • Delivery of both internal and external guest requests.
  • Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
  • Responsible for reporting cleanliness and safety issues.
  • Reports any problems to Hotel Supervisor, Manager or Guest Safety Supervisor/Manager as needed.
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Must have good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell. The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance. The team member must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
