Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. - High School Diploma/GED; 0-6 months of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have experience working with and around horses, not necessarily as a Valet.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Multilingual, preferred.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.
- Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Walking 90% of the time. - Standing 10% of the time. - Bending and Lifting 75% of the time. - Climbing up heights in excess of 10-12 feet. - Lifting/moving maximum of 25 lbs. - Ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.
