Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Supports and implements company initiatives. 
  • Conducts all business activities in compliance with Company Policy and Procedures, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and all State and Federal regulations and internal controls. Ensures compliance within the department.
  • Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
  • Effectively respond to Supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.
  • Holds pre-shift meetings daily. 
  • Participates as part of the management team, in interviewing, hiring, and promotions.
  • Participates in budget planning process. 
  • Conducts business within approved budget.
  • Supervises the kitchen staff in preparation and production, assigns work and break times, provides training, evaluates performance and provides written and verbal warnings as appropriate,  Participates in answering grievances as required by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. 
  • Oversee the preparation of all food items to ensure quality and consistency. 
  • Oversee utility department to ensure maintenance of work area and equipment is in sanitary conditions. - Check daily payrolls to reduce overtime and maintain budget. 
  • Check pars of food product to ensure a consistent inventory. 
  • Expedite to oversee proper portioning, quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the opening and closing duties to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensure company rules, regulations, and uniform codes are being followed. 
  • Assist in planning menus, specials, and recipes. 
  • Must be physically present in area of supervision during core working hours. 
  • Responsible for assisting the Executive Chef  and Executive Sous Chef  in the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. 
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. 
  • Responsibilities include participating in the interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • High School diploma or equivalency required. Associate’s Degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred and or four years food and beverage experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb or balance, talk or hear, and taste or smell. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach  with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
