Purpose of Collection and Use
PENN collects and uses your personal information to process and evaluate your application for employment. Upon successful selection, PENN will use the same information for HR related purposes, including salary and benefits administration, training/career development, conducting performance reviews, processing travel and expense payment, disability payments, to comply with applicable laws, and any other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection with your consent.
PENN does not sell or share personal information, as defined in the CCPA, of its applicants or employees.
Disclosure to Third Parties
