Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to slot machine and table games performance, including revenue, operational costs, and customer engagement metrics. This analysis aids in making informed decisions about machine placement, game selection, and performance optimization.
• System Management: Administering and maintaining gaming device master file information in the casino's gaming management systems, such as LnW ACSC and other related platforms. This includes coordinating slot and table games floor projects to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with slot technicians, facilities, IT, compliance, and other departments to manage slot floor projects, including game moves, installations, conversions, and upgrades, table game pit moves, and other projects, as necessary. Ensuring these projects are executed efficiently to enhance gaming revenue.
• Compliance and Reporting: Preparing project paperwork and submissions, progressive transfers, hold variance reports, gaming equipment movement logs, and other reports as required by our controls and regulations. Preparing and analyzing reports to monitor slot and table game activities, productivity, performance, and variances, and making recommendations based on these analyses.
• Technical Support: Providing assistance and support for Slot Technical Operations by executing technology-specific projects and tasks, working with Slot vendors to coordinate projects, deliveries, and upgrades.

• A bachelor’s degree in technology, Science, Math, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, significant experience in electronic gaming device technical support and gaming systems administration may be acceptable.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A thorough understanding and ability to learn gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
