Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. As a Sr. Surveillance Officer, you will:

Shift: Varies

Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Protects the assets of Hollywood Casino St. Louis.
• Responsible for room operations in the absence of the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Lead.
• Ensures accuracy of all daily reports and log books.
• Observes and reports any irregularities.
• Assists in the training/testing of new agents and ongoing training/testing for experienced agents.
• Responsible for compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission rules and approved System of internal Controls.
• Maintains compliance with and enforcement of Surveillance department rules.
• Ensures other departments are in compliance with their individual operation procedures and internal Controls.
• Performs the duties of a Surveillance Officer.
• Takes responsibility with problems that may occur in the room (attitude problems, arguments, sleeping, and professionalism).

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical and computer functions.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Knowledge of different table games
• Ability to observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques
• The above skills are typically acquired through a minimum of six months of on-the-job training or through closely related experience.
