SUMARRY As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing various carpentry projects across our facility, both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. 

 

  • Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine materials required and layout for projects  
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials such as lumber, and other building materials according to specifications  
  • Use hand and power tools such as drills, sanders, saws, routers and nail guns to complete carpentry tasks  
  • Install and assemble structural framework, including walls, floors, and roofing  
  • Installing doors and repairing door hardware   
  • Minor concrete and eifs repairs  
  • Assist in installing table layouts and chair upholstering  
  • Construction of cabinets and countertops, including installing formica on countertops  
  • Minor concrete repair  
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to work independently with little supervision  
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills  
  • Inspect and repair existing structures, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Perform all duties in a timely manner with good craftsmanship 
  • All other duties assigned

  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, and in various weather conditions.   
  • Frequent bending, stooping, grasping and reaching to and from the floor level, up to and above head.  
  • Frequently climbs ladders and stairs.  
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces, high above the ground, such as catwalks, and in noisy, smoky, hot and/or cold, and dimly lit areas.  
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.  
  • Must be able to use power tools.  
  • Must have a normal sense of smell, touch and sound.  
  • Must have normal hearing ability  
  • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.  
  • Must have a normal range of vision, including absence of color blindness.   
  • This environment is a 24/7/365 day entertainment venue.  Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.  
  • Regular, predictable attendance required.   
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor.  
  • Ensure a positive guest experience.  
  • High School Diploma or GED, with at least 5 years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience, trade school counts in leu of 2 years of experience  
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Possession of, and ability to maintain a valid drivers and License.
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts to include swing shifts and holidays if needed. 
  • Must be able to stand or on your feet for long periods of time.

STARTING SALARY

$18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience
