SUMMARY As a Painter, you will be responsible for completing various indoor and outdoor paining projects throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. 

• Execute both interior and exterior painting projects  

• Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair holes and cracks  

• Mixing and matching paint, stain and other finishes to job specifications  

• Applying paint, stain and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers or sprayers  

• Using a line painter to stripe parking lot spots  

• Using painting tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, putty knives, and tapes.  

• Removing and reinstalling fixtures  

• Using our CMMS system to review and complete work orders  

• Calculating measurements for the work area and materials.  

• Consulting with clients and managers to plan work.  

• Applying various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures.  

• Operating a pressure washer to clean the exterior of the building and parking garage  

• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills  

• Detailed oriented with the ability to work independently with little supervision  

• Perform all duties in a timely manner with good craftsmanship 

• All other duties assigned as needed.

• 8 years of Commercial or Residential painting experience  

• Possession of, and ability to maintain a valid drivers and License.   

• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts to include swing shifts and holidays if needed 

• Must be able to stand or on your feet for long periods of time.    

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, and in various weather conditions.    

• Frequent bending, stooping, grasping and reaching to and from the floor level, up to and above head.   

• Frequently climbs ladders and stairs.   

• Must be able to work in confined spaces, high above the ground, such as catwalks, and in noisy, smoky, hot and/or cold, and dimly lit areas.   

• Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.   

• Must be able to use power tools.   

• Must have a normal sense of smell, touch and sound.   

• Must have normal hearing ability   

• Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.   

• Must have a normal range of vision, including absence of color blindness.    

• This environment is a 24/7/365 day entertainment venue.  Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.   

• Regular, predictable attendance required.    

• Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor.   

• Ensure a positive guest experience.
