Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. - Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in assigned section. - Fills all reasonable guest requests and directs the guest to the appropriate person for assistance. - Adhere to safe handling of all chemicals. - Report any safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, or the Housekeeping Manager. - Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings. - Follow the established protocol when entering and cleaning guest rooms. - Clean and service guest rooms as outlined in the housekeeping training manual. - Report room status on room attendant sheets. - Restock housekeeping room attendant carts with guest supplies and chemicals. - Maintain housekeeping room attendant carts and work areas in an orderly and neat manner. - Report damage, improvement or repair issues in the guest rooms or hotel area to the appropriate housekeeping supervisor. - Must complete all assigned rooms in a timely manner.
- Must be at least 17 years of age. - Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift. - Must have strong time management skills and the ability to maintain an acceptable pace and quality of work. - Strong guest service skills. - No formal education required. - Six months prior cleaning experience preferred.
