Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is critical in understanding and enhancing PENN Entertainment’s customer journeys across retail casinos and online digital platforms, including sportsbooks and real money gaming. The manager will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with channel leads and cross-functional partners, the manager will design and optimize personalized customer experiences, balancing loyalty-building initiatives with revenue-generating campaigns. By providing actionable insights through advanced analytics and testing, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will ensure continuous improvement in marketing performance. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a strong background in marketing analytics, consumer behavior, and digital ecosystems. This role is remote.

  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies, aligning campaigns with data-driven objectives to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with channel leads, product teams, and analysts to define customer journeys and develop tailored activation, retention, and loyalty strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segment data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives that enhance engagement and revenue.
  • Utilize predictive modeling, segmentation, and performance analysis to inform audience targeting, offer optimization, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish testing frameworks and oversee A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the design of personalized experiences across key digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Support developing and presenting marketing strategy updates and results to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure best practices in customer data management, regulatory compliance, and marketing execution.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or a related quantitative field from a four-year college or university; or five (5) or more years of experience in marketing analytics; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and passion for working with relational databases, analyzing and interpreting data, with strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data storytelling.
  • Proficient in data cleaning and preparation, including error removal, outlier identification, and data transformation for analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights using statistical methods, test hypotheses, identify trends, and make predictions.
  • Prior experience in marketing analysis with a gaming, hospitality, or similar organization preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL is required.
  • Ability to utilize tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in prioritization of tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a diplomatic approach.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to perform calculations, interpret data, and create reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure on time-sensitive projects.
