Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties. 
• Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations , policies, and procedures. 
• Provide directions and safety for the property including all Employees and guests.
• Overall protection of company assets.
• Interact with guests and employees in a professional manner. 
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies. 
• Maintain a written log of incidents involving guests or Employees, and prepare additional detailed reports, as may be required. 
• Administer first aid and assist injured guests and employees. 
• Ensure departmental compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and with departmental and company policies and procedures. 
• Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations, identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel. 
• Support Service Representative do not work the licensed Riverboat Gaming area. 
• Promote outstanding guest relations. 
• Perform other duties assigned. 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Previous law enforcement experience preferred. 
• Must have a valid Drivers License or State issued ID 
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence. 
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram or schedule form.
