Refrigeration Technician - Full Time

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. MAJOR JOB DUTIES:  Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for all repair and overall maintenance of refrigeration, heating and ice machine equipment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and one line diagrams as needed.
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required (such as fork lift). 
• Complete work orders as requested.
• Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
• Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
• Perform related work as requested.

EXPERIENCE:  3-4 years’ experience required in HVAC-R.

EDUCATION:    High School Diploma or GED.                        

SKILLS:   Must have knowledge of commercial multiplex refrigeration systems, computer controlled systems and installations procedures. Must possess expert knowledge of refrigeration, ice machines and electrical systems. Requires expert knowledge of single, parallel rack systems, display cases, under counter reach in coolers, and walk in boxes both medium and low temp.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Valid Driver's license.
