SECURITY DISPATCH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Must be knowledgeable of Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations, Internal Controls, local, state and Federal statutes and Company policies and procedures.
• Monitor all incoming phone and radio calls for Security service.
• Log all calls and assignments in the computer on the shift radio call log.
  
  
  Maintain the Security sensitive key transaction log and lost and found property files.

• Dispatch officers on calls for service and log officer breaks.
• Monitor all Security Digital Video Recorders (DVR's) and cameras.
• Monitor fire control panel.
• Must also be knowledgable of and able to perform the duties of Security Officer which are listed below:
• Provide Security for bank escorts and other movement of money on the casino floor.
• Perform chip fills to the table games.
• Escort guests as requested.
• Assists Shift Supervisor in maintiaing order on the casino floor by providing backup when needed in confrontations.
• Ensure that minors are not on the casino floor by conducting identification checks.

High school diploma or GED required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred. Valid Mississippi Gaming Commission Work Permit required; knowlege of Mississippi Gaming Regulations; Internal Controls; local, State and Federal Statutes, Mississippi Tax Commission Alcohol Beverage Control policies and procedures, OSHA, MSDS, ADA, Life Safety Code 101 preferred.
