Surveillance Technician

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines
• Repair, install, and relocate surveillance cameras and lenses, monitors and DVRs, and other equipment such as sound systems, entertainment television programming, electronic security locks, etc as requested by management
• Install cabling as needed
• Clean and service all surveillance equipment
• Review digital surveillance records to ensure compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board’s records retention schedule’s minimum retention period
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board statewide voluntary self-exclusion program
• Attend department and company meetings as required

• High School degree or equivalent experience related to nature of position 
• Two years CCTV experience required
• Gaming related experience preferred
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and/or oral instructions 
• Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division 
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and apply to practical situations using fractions, percentages, measurements, proportions and problem solving
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English
• Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:
