EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to a high school education with 2 years minimum table service experience in a fine dining setting is preferred. Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. Must understand and speak the English language
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization. Must be able to read, write, and speak English and have good verbal and written communication skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The team member frequently is required to stand and walk. The team member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The team member must be able to carry food trays of varying sizes with 30 pounds or more on one tray. Must have availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
