- Promote and demonstrate all steps of the Company’s Guest Service standards with each guest and employee you come in contact with.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment including stoves, grills, ovens, hoods, walls, and floors (including outlets and drains) in accordance with Health Department regulation, company standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas; clean and sanitize garbage bins using water or steam.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness across all kitchen floors and surfaces.
- Empty grease barrels and trays in a safe and timely manner.
- Verbally interact with guests creating a fun and exciting atmosphere
- Effectively respond to the Supervisor’s requests
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
- Team Members may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description as mutually agreed to by the Union and Company where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work as a team with other employees.
- Ability to use and control various mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work around dust.
- Ability to maneuver in small, limited spaces.
- Ability to transport all supplies to and from work areas.
- Must be able to maneuver up and down stairs and reach above shoulder level.
- Must be able to work in areas containing second-hand smoke.
- Must be able to operate equipment, including: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop, and broom.
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to handle chemical fumes and airborne particles (on occasion).
- Must be able to walk, stand, and work on hands and knees for long periods of time.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
