- General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be mentally and physically capable to handle an emergency and/or high stress situations.
- Must be able to handle large volume of guests and work well under pressure.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to communicate verbally using a two-way radio. Must be able to properly operate a two-way radio.
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
