  • Social Media Strategy: Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across various social media platforms.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate content for the brand's social media pages.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
  • Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with external influencers to promote our brand.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand, representing its values and mission in all interactions.
  • Performance Tracking: Tag, monitor and report on/analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Sales and Commission: Drive sales through social media channels and earn commission based on performance and sales targets
  • Responsible for assisting in the social media budget process, provides recommendations, ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives, reporting budget concerns to manager.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with leader any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • From time to time, may assist marketing department as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities in brand voice and tone, photography/graphics, video and copywriting.
  • Experience in social media marketing and influencer management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Must have intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Sales Force (CMS); ACSC preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions i.e., written, oral, etc..

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

 

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field; minimum of two years’ interactive marketing and social media experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience as well as gaming experience preferred but not required.

 

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

 

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier.

STARTING SALARY

$35,000 + quartly bonus incentive program
