  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to customers and team members 
  • Understand and adhere to all company standards, policies and procedures  
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame 
  • Projects a positive image of the company at all times 
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment  
  • Ability to accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks  
  • Handle Slot Machine malfunctions 
  • Have a basic understanding of slot machine optioning 
  • Have the ability to troubleshoot more complex ACSC issues  
  • Ensures regulatory compliance with all aspects of slot machine maintenance i.e.; moves, conversions, and repair 
  • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner 
  • Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers and explanations, and rectify problems as appropriate  
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies  
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter  
  • Assist Slot Technician I with any issues and/or concerns that they may have 
  • Serve as a mentor/trainer to the Slot Technician I 
  • All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

  • Basic knowledge of ACSC system required 
  • Proficient in troubleshooting  
  • Basic understanding of Slot Optioning Menu’s required 
  • 6 months’ previous experience in Slot Tech role  
  • Must have basic knowledge of other departments in order to know who to contact for questions for guest  
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)  
  • Associates or Technical Degree required; Bachelors preferred; OR two years’ experience in technical field
