Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. - Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university; or four to ten years of related experience; or combination of education and experience. CPA licensed preferred, but not required. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of financial software systems. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various metrics, financial reports, legal documents, business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. - Must have ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Must have excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. - Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
